Care Provider Agreement

1. Introduction

This Care Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between CareNestPro Ltd (“CareNestPro”) and you, the registered Care Provider (“you” or “provider”), upon account activation on the CareNestPro Connect platform (“Platform”). By signing up and using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

2. Nature of Relationship

CareNestPro Connect is a matching and verification platform, not an employer. You act as an independent service provider, responsible for your own tax obligations, conduct, and service quality. No employment, agency, or partnership relationship exists between you and CareNestPro Ltd.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To operate as a care provider, you must: (1) Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Nigeria. (2) Complete background verification and medical screening through CareNestPro’s approved partners. (3) Attend or complete the CareNestPro Academy training (where applicable). (4) Maintain updated records, valid identification, and contact details.

4. Provider Obligations

You agree to deliver care services with professionalism, empathy, and respect; maintain confidentiality; refrain from harassment or misconduct; honor bookings; and keep your profile accurate and up to date.

5. Background Check & Health Screening

You consent to all checks conducted by Background Check International (BCI) and authorized medical partners. You authorize CareNestPro Ltd to collect, store, and share verification outcomes solely for platform safety and compliance. Failing any required check may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

6. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed through Paystack within the app. CareNestPro deducts a 10% service fee from each confirmed transaction. Payouts are made to the provider’s verified bank account within 2–3 business days after job completion. No cash payments outside the Platform are allowed.

7. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to bypass the Platform by engaging CareNestPro clients directly outside the app. Doing so may result in account termination, unpaid earnings forfeiture, and legal action.

8. Liability & Insurance

CareNestPro Ltd is not responsible for accidents, losses, or damages arising during service delivery. You are personally liable for your actions, negligence, or omissions while providing care. You are encouraged to obtain personal insurance coverage where applicable.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by written notice or account deactivation. CareNestPro Ltd may suspend your access for violations of policy, misconduct, or negative client reports.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Acknowledgment

By using the CareNestPro Connect Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms as a verified Care Provider.
