Terms of Service

Welcome to CareNestPro Connect, operated by CareNestPro Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CareNestPro mobile and web application (the “Platform”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Platform

CareNestPro Connect is a digital marketplace that connects care seekers (families, individuals, or institutions) with verified care providers (caregivers, nannies, tutors, and housekeepers). We act only as a facilitator and are not the direct employer of any provider nor the recipient of care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm the accuracy of all information provided.

3. User Accounts

Users must create an account with valid information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. CareNestPro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or endanger other users.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Paystack within the Platform. Care seekers authorize CareNestPro Ltd to deduct a 10% platform fee from each transaction before releasing payment to the care provider.

5. Background Checks & Verification

All care providers must complete required background checks and medical screenings before activation. By using the app, users consent to such verification as a condition for participation.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds apply only if the care seeker cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Background check, medical screening, and administrative fees are non-refundable.

7. Conduct & Safety

Users must treat one another with respect and comply with all applicable laws. Harassment, discrimination, exploitation, or illegal activity will result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CareNestPro Ltd provides the Platform 'as is.' We make reasonable efforts to vet providers, but we do not guarantee the conduct, skill, or suitability of any user. CareNestPro Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from user interactions or service outcomes, except as required by Nigerian law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareNestPro Ltd, its directors, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Both parties shall first attempt amicable mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration within the Federal Republic of Nigeria in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

11. Termination

CareNestPro may terminate or suspend access at any time for misconduct, policy violation, or misuse of the Platform. Users may deactivate their account at any time via app settings.

12. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on the app or website and take effect immediately upon publication.
