Data is processed under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) based on your consent, service performance, legitimate interest, and legal obligations.

We may share data with Background Check International (BCI), medical partners, Paystack, and regulatory authorities as required. We do not sell data for marketing purposes.

Data is securely stored on Hostinger (EU servers) and protected through encryption and limited access protocols.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed to fulfill service or legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Data of Minors

CareNestPro Connect is not intended for users under 18. Any data collected from minors will be deleted upon discovery.
