1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
CareNestPro is fully committed to protecting children from sexual abuse,
exploitation, and any form of harm. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward
child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our platform.
Any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes a
minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including
account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
CareNestPro strictly prohibits the following:
- Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, audio, text, or links
- Grooming behaviors, sexual solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors
- Requests for sexual images or information involving children
- Facilitating, promoting, or normalizing sexual exploitation of minors
- Any attempt to use CareNestPro to recruit, exploit, or harm a child
This applies to all users, including care providers, families, partners,
and third parties.
3. User Verification and Safeguards
To protect children on CareNestPro, we implement multiple safeguards:
- Identity verification for all care providers and care seekers
- Background checks where legally permitted
- Mandatory training and code-of-conduct acknowledgment for care providers
- Ongoing monitoring of reports and complaints
- Immediate suspension of accounts under investigation
CareNestPro does not allow anonymous caregiving profiles.
4. Reporting CSAE Concerns
If you suspect or encounter any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation
on CareNestPro, report it immediately using one of the following channels:

5. Enforcement Actions
Upon detection or report of CSAE-related activity, CareNestPro may take the
following actions without prior notice:
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- Removal of offending content
- Permanent banning from the platform
- Reporting to law enforcement agencies or child protection authorities
We fully cooperate with investigations conducted by law enforcement and
regulatory bodies.
6. Legal Compliance and Cooperation
CareNestPro complies with all applicable local and international child
protection laws, including mandatory reporting obligations, safeguarding
regulations, and digital platform safety standards.
Where required, confirmed CSAM will be reported to appropriate authorities
and child safety organizations.
7. Continuous Improvement
We regularly review and update our safeguarding policies, training programs,
and reporting mechanisms to align with best practices and evolving regulatory
