1. Introduction

This Care Seeker Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms between CareNestPro Ltd (“CareNestPro,” “we,” “us”) and you, the Care Seeker (“you” or “user”), upon creating an account on the CareNestPro Connect platform (“Platform”). By booking or engaging any service through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

2. Role of CareNestPro

CareNestPro Connect is a digital matching and verification platform that connects verified care providers with care seekers. We facilitate background checks, medical screenings, and bookings — but do not employ or directly supervise care providers. CareNestPro Ltd acts only as a facilitator between both parties.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or booking a service, treat care providers with respect, avoid harassment or discrimination, and use the app for lawful purposes only.

4. Payments

All payments must be made through the CareNestPro Connect Platform via Paystack. CareNestPro deducts a 10% service fee from total payments before provider disbursement. Cash or direct arrangements with providers are prohibited. You authorize CareNestPro to process and release payments accordingly.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time are refundable (minus transaction fees). Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Screening, verification, or administrative fees are always non-refundable.

6. Provider Conduct

All care providers on the platform have passed background and medical checks. However, CareNestPro Ltd does not guarantee the performance or suitability of any individual provider. Any misconduct or service issue should be reported immediately through the app or by email.

7. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to bypass the Platform by hiring or engaging any CareNestPro provider privately outside the app. Doing so may result in permanent suspension and possible legal action.

8. Liability Disclaimer

CareNestPro Ltd is not liable for damages, losses, injuries, or incidents arising from services rendered by care providers. Our responsibility is limited to verification, facilitation, and payment processing. You assume all risks associated with hiring and hosting care providers.

9. Termination

CareNestPro may suspend or terminate your account for violation of this Agreement or misconduct. You may close your account anytime through app settings.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall first be addressed through internal mediation. If unresolved, they will be referred to arbitration under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Acknowledgment

By using CareNestPro Connect, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms and platform rules.
